Dansk Retursystem holds the exclusive right to operate the Danish deposit system, and with the increasing volume of bottles and cans, an expansion was overdue. With five new fully automated and high-tech halls, Dansk Retursystem can now handle the returnable deposits for the entire East Denmark; a volume equivalent to 2 million empty containers a day.

In the buildings spanning 13,500 m², you will find an administrative building spanning three floors and 1,865 m². Here you will find offices, meeting rooms, changing facilities, a cafeteria, and an entire floor for technical facilities.

The buildings beautifully reflect in the rainwater basin and are seamlessly integrated with their surroundings, which are used as a recreational area for both city residents and employees at the new factory. The new factory contributes with both sustainable solutions and a pleasant and inspiring working environment.
