The new headquarters for DSV near Toronto in Canada was created with the vision of lifting the local community and creating a hub for handling shipments from both Canada and the northern USA. The facility offers more than 100,000 m² of building space, including 98,900 m² for warehouse and logistics, along with a 3,970 m² administration building.

The massive structure impresses with its presence, stretching far into the landscape, yet the thoughtful design and surfaces allow the building to elegantly integrate with the Canadian surroundings, providing a more inviting appearance. Underneath the administration building, the driveway and tall glass panels near the reception, gives the otherwise compact structure a lighter feel.

DSV’s new headquarters symbolize growth and ambition, representing a significant investment in the region’s development. As a workplace for 800 employees, it plays a crucial role in handling shipments from the northern USA. This project also marked the beginning of collaboration between DSV and ak83 on the North American continent, underscoring both parties’ commitment to creating future groundbreaking solutions.
