The lake becomes an active landscape element, offering visual quality and opportunities for relaxation in daily work life.

Between the two wings, a striking communal space has been established in the form of a large atrium. At its center is an amphitheater staircase that serves as a gathering point for larger events, presentations, and shared activities. The atrium creates an open and inclusive environment where employees experience community and cohesion across the organization, reinforcing the sense of being one united team.

Architecturally, the design is characterized by a simple and rational composition, where the rhythm and proportions of the facades give the building a calm, recognizable, and balanced expression. Large window sections ensure generous daylight penetration and a strong visual connection between indoors and outdoors, while presenting an open and welcoming face to its surroundings.

The facades are clad in dark brick, giving the building weight and character. Selected sections feature French bond brickwork, adding depth and variation to the facade. This detailing creates a subtle play of light in the office spaces, where daylight filters softly through the facade’s texture, contributing to a pleasant and atmospheric work environment.

Inside, the office is organized around flexible work zones that support focus, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. The layout is clear and efficient, with intuitive connections between functions, creating a natural flow in everyday operations. Shared facilities are strategically placed to encourage informal meetings and strengthen community.

The canteen is located on the lower level with direct access to outdoor areas along the lake. From here, a broad Spanish staircase leads down to the water, creating a natural transition between building and landscape. The outdoor space serves as a recreational area where employees can enjoy lunch and breaks in direct contact with nature.
