Schou Company's new logistics hub
Schou Company’s new warehouse and headquarters in Vision Park near Kolding South is one of Denmark’s largest commercial developments, with a total investment of around DKK 500 million. The project covers approximately 100,000 m² of logistics and warehouse facilities, as well as showroom and administration, all consolidated in one location close to the strategic E45 motorway connection.
The architecture, designed by Norrplan, is modernist and functional, focusing on efficient logistics flow, large open spaces, and flexible goods handling distributed across several functional zones. The warehouse supports Schou’s strategic consolidation of logistics operations from multiple Danish centers into one centralized and automated logistics hub.
Vision Park has been developed with sustainability as a top priority, and both the warehouse and office/showroom aim for high environmental standards such as DGNB certification. The development is not only a logistical hub but also a prominent landmark in the Kolding region, where the company’s functions are gathered in an elegant and modern business cluster.
Schou’s new warehouse in Kolding combines robust functionality with a streamlined architectural expression that points toward the future of logistics and commercial construction.
