Reitan Distribution Expansion Completed

The future of logistics is automated, and the newly completed expansion for Reitan Distribution in Horsens is proof of concept. This project involved the seamless integration of a high-bay automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) into the existing distribution network.
For Norrplan, the architectural challenge was to design a building envelope that functions as a precision skin for the robotics within. The result is a highly efficient facility that dramatically increases throughput capacity without expanding the site’s footprint, showcasing the power of vertical, automated logistics.
