Selected to draw Europe's largest logistics Center

DSV is investing DKK 2 billion in a logistics centre to be constructed on a 700,000 m² site.

The project will include approximately 18,000 m² of office space, a cross-docking terminal of about 50,000 m² for goods redistribution, and between 200,000 and 269,000 m² of highly automated logistics facilities.

The logistics centre will be located on the neighbouring plot to DSV’s current facilities in Lund near Horsens. The logistics company aims to consolidate all activities from its three divisions – Air & Sea, Road, and Solutions – in a single location, while creating larger, modern, and future-proof facilities that benefit both the company and its customers.

Groundbreaking is expected in August 2021, with occupancy planned for late 2022 or early 2023. The completed logistics centre is anticipated to be fully operational by 2026.
