The New Bring Terminal Showcases Employee Well-being in Logistics

Logistics facilities are workplaces, not just processing centres. For the new 15,000 m² Bring terminal in Greve, our design strategy focused heavily on the employee experience.

By integrating external sun shading, acoustic optimisation, and dedicated fitness facilities, we prioritised the physical well-being of the staff. Crucially, we designed visual connections between the office and the terminal floor, fostering a unified culture rather than a divided one.

The facility also sets a high bar for sustainability, featuring rooftop solar arrays and extensive EV charging infrastructure to support Bring’s green transition. This project demonstrates that operational efficiency and a high-quality work environment are not mutually exclusive; in fact, they reinforce each other.
