Maersk's New Low-Emission Hub in Taulov

We can now announce the opening of Maersk’s new cold storage facility in Taulov Dry Port. This project is a benchmark for sustainable industrial architecture, designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.

The facility is a critical node in the green transition of the supply chain. Our design integrates a fully solar-powered energy system capable of covering the facility’s entire consumption, setting a new standard for low-emission cold storage.

Located at a key logistical junction, the building balances massive operational capacity with rigorous environmental performance. For Norrplan, this project fit well within our ability to deliver highly technical facilities that support our clients’ ambitious sustainability goals without compromising on efficiency.
