Groundbreaking: Construction Begins on Europe’s Largest Logistics Hub

We now mark the official start of construction for DSV’s new logistics centre in Horsens. Today’s groundbreaking ceremony signals the beginning of a historic project—a 300,000 m² facility that will become the largest single-tenant logistics hub in Europe.

For Norrplan, this moment represents the culmination of intense planning and masterplanning. Our design aims to consolidate DSV’s operations into a single, hyper-efficient campus. As the first sod is turned, we look forward to overseeing the realisation of a facility that will set new standards for scale and efficiency in the logistics sector.
