Last week, we joined the industrial event hosted by Colliers, bringing together developers, contractors, and real estate professionals across the sector.

Thank you to Helle Andersen, Head of Industrial and Logistics, and Hans Holmann, Director of Industrial and Logistics at Colliers, who shared insights into market trends in the Triangle Region. This was followed by Dennis Jeppesen, Group Vice President Solar Group Industrial Solutions, who presented on heat pump solutions for industrial and warehouse buildings.

Conclusion: Energy is becoming a defining factor in industrial and logistics development.

With solutions like heat pumps, both new and existing warehouse facilities can significantly reduce energy consumption, with surprisingly short payback periods.

The implication is clear: energy strategy is no longer a technical add-on. It is a core part of how we design, develop, and future-proof industrial buildings.
