Office and Hotel Campus

Development of Office Campus in Harmony with Nature

The project is conceived as a cohesive office campus that is carefully integrated into the surrounding landscape. Low-rise, horizontal building volumes follow the natural terrain, creating a strong connection between architecture, open spaces, and green surroundings while establishing a clear and recognisable identity.

The facades are clad in tombac, giving the campus a warm, refined character with a durable material that develops a rich patina over time. Large glazed areas ensure daylight and visual openness, supporting modern, flexible work environments.

Green roofs and integrated skylights enhance sustainability and bring daylight deep into the buildings, reinforcing the close relationship between interior spaces and the landscape. The campus brings together office functions, a conference centre, and a hotel in a unified layout that supports both professional interaction and informal encounters.

Outdoor spaces are designed as active landscapes with pathways, social areas, and recreational facilities, creating a dynamic setting where work, meetings, and relaxation coexist.
