Europe’s Largest Single-Tenant Logistics Hub Rising in Horsens
Located next to DSV’s existing logistics facilities in Lund, Horsens, Europe’s largest single-tenant logistics centre will soon rise on a 700,000 m² site. The new DSV logistics hub will include approximately 18,000 m² of office space, a 50,000 m² cross-dock terminal for goods redistribution, and between 200,000 and 269,000 m² of highly automated logistics facilities.
The 18,000 m² office headquarters will span three floors with a full basement. It will feature a large open atrium extending to the top floor, a spacious canteen with a production kitchen, and office space for more than 900 employees. The logistics facilities, stretching up to one kilometre in length, will store and distribute goods nationwide.
This ambitious project aims to consolidate all DSV activities across its three divisions—Air & Sea, Road, and Solutions—at one location, creating larger, modern, and future-proof facilities that benefit both the company and its customers.
