New and modern padel hall as part of an extensive resort expansion
HimmerLand Padel Halls is part of an extensive hotel and activity area in HimmerLand, which also includes facilities such as a swimming pool, golf, and spa. The padel complex consists of two halls, slightly offset from each other and connected by a shared entrance area with adjoining changing facilities.
The halls are designed as simple black structures distinguished by an asymmetrical gable roof. The entrance area and changing facilities act as a link between the two halls, creating a contrast to the more minimalist padel halls through their organically shaped structure and façade clad with vertical wooden slats.
The new complex includes a total of ten padel courts: two outdoor doubles courts, six indoor doubles courts, and two indoor singles courts. In addition, there is an outdoor artificial turf football pitch, as well as a tennis court and street football court, changing facilities, and a forecourt with arrival areas.
