JYSK services 133 stores in Poland with a new distribution centre west of Gdansk
The project is organised with access from the North, ensuring that guests and customers can easily find their way from the nearby motorway. The building is constructed on two floors with a basement, providing a total area of 1,100 m². Its position on the site has been carefully planned to allow for future expansion, including the possibility of adding a new 600 m² offset office wing.
The administration area includes a main entrance with reception, a conference room, an office wing with 55 workstations, and a canteen with a south-facing terrace. Additional facilities include classrooms and guest rooms for external employees. At one end of the office wing, four hotel rooms have been fitted out for use by customers as well as internally by JYSK.
