On a 194,000 m² commercial plot, Normal A/S has constructed 63,000 m² of warehouse space with an accompanying 3,850 m² administrative office spread over three floors. The administrative building is designed in a minimalist and modern style, with full-height system glass facades on the exterior. The entrance to the office building is distinctive with Normal’s iconic figure, and the large open glass partitions on the access bridge immediately capture attention. These glass partitions extend throughout the entire office building, creating spacious and bright office areas.

Adjacent to the logistics park, parking facilities prepared for electric vehicles have been established, along with solar panels on the roof to meet daytime energy needs with green energy. Overall, Normal A/S builds according to high sustainability standards, aiming to achieve a DGNB gold certification for the entire project. The logistics park employs up to 600 employees and replaces the previous warehouse located in Horsens, while also significantly expanding its area.
