Landskrona’s landmark in logistics
In Sweden, you’ll find the award-winning landmark of over 100,000 m² at the Landskrona South motorway exit. This extensive traffic centre, the largest of its kind in Northern Europe at the time, spans more than 100,000 m² of buildings and 130,000 m² of paved areas surrounding the facility. Every element of this project has been carefully designed to achieve maximum efficiency in daily operations.
Positioned as a spearhead in the southeastern corner, the office building gives the entire complex a modern expression, with black façades and large glass surfaces. The facility includes a 32,000 m² distribution hall, a 50,000 m² warehouse hotel and logistics hall, a 4,500 m² terminal service building, and a 10,350 m² administration building. Each part is tailored to meet specific needs within the transport and logistics sector.
The terminal can handle up to 500 trucks daily, making DSV Landskrona an indispensable part of the regional logistics network and an outstanding example of innovative infrastructure development with a unique identity. Careful planning, architectural solutions, and deliberate resource optimization have made it possible to realize a project of this scale and complexity.
