DSV Toronto

Large scale architecture with resource-conscious solutions

DSV’s headquarters in Toronto, spanning more than 100,000 m², is created with the vision of being visually impressive while also prioritizing functionality and employee well-being. The physical connection between the warehouse and administration ensures an efficient workflow, while the placement of meeting rooms, kitchenettes, and lounge areas in the center of the building creates a dynamic and pleasant work environment. Service facilities such as wardrobes, toilets, printing rooms, and depots are intelligently integrated to optimize space utilization and ensure a streamlined workday.

DSV’s warehouse facilities in Milton seamlessly integrate into the surrounding landscape. The design is carefully crafted to ensure optimal use of the land while blending neutrally with the surrounding environment.

DSV’s new headquarters symbolize growth and ambition, representing a significant investment in the region’s development. As a workplace for 800 employees, it plays a crucial role in handling shipments from northern USA. This project also marked the beginning of collaboration between DSV and ak83 on the North American continent, underscoring both parties’ commitment to creating future groundbreaking solutions.
