New, expanded logistics facilities for DSV
With the third expansion of DSV’s warehouse operations in Venlo, Netherlands, the total floor area now exceeds 200,000 m². The latest addition, which is also the largest unit, spans 83,000 m² of ground area with an additional 20,000 m² of mezzanine, making it an impressive sight on its own. Furthermore, the entire complex ranks among the most secure in the Netherlands, much to the benefit of its many users.
The complex also includes 1,500 m² of office space, specifically tailored for this project. Although many elements familiar from other DSV offices are present, such as the elegant facades with reliefs, the units have their unique characteristics. A three-story slab with window bands stands parallel to the warehouse behind it, distinguished by its dark color and narrower pattern. In contrast, the gables feature horizontal elements in the form of large glass panels with sun-shading louvers.
