In Hedensted, Normal A/S has constructed a 63,000 m² warehouse with an adjoining 3,850 m² administrative office building spread over three floors. The warehouse section features lower exterior walls made of dark exposed concrete and upper exterior walls with black sandwich panels. The office section has been designed with a minimalist and modern look, featuring full-height system glass facades on the outer walls.

In connection with the logistics park, parking facilities have been established, prepared for electric cars, in combination with solar panels on the roof, allowing daytime energy consumption to be covered by green energy. Overall, the warehouse has been built to high sustainability standards with the aim of achieving the DGNB gold certification for the entire project. The logistics park employs up to 600 staff members and replaces the previous warehouse located in Horsens, while significantly expanding the area.
