Oxford Properties’ logistics facility in Caledonia is a groundbreaking warehouse and distribution project designed to meet the future demands of industrial storage. Covering a total area of 42,500 m², the building serves as a strategic hub for efficient storage and distribution. Norrplan architects delivered the aesthetic concept, harmonizing functionality with form and design to enhance efficiency and create an optimal working environment.

With a focus on future-proofing and sustainability, we worked closely with Oxford Properties and Ware Malcomb to develop a building prepared for upcoming technological and logistical challenges. The core concept of the structure is vertical storage and streamlined workflow, enabling the client to quickly adapt to changing market needs.
