Oxford Properties Caledonia

Optimized storage capacity with Nordic Design.

Oxford Properties’ logistics facility in Caledonia is a groundbreaking warehouse and distribution project designed to meet the future demands of industrial storage. Covering a total area of 42,500 m², the building serves as a strategic hub for efficient storage and distribution. Norrplan architects delivered the aesthetic concept, harmonizing functionality with form and design to enhance efficiency and create an optimal working environment.

With a focus on future-proofing and sustainability, we worked closely with Oxford Properties and Ware Malcomb to develop a building prepared for upcoming technological and logistical challenges. The core concept of the structure is vertical storage and streamlined workflow, enabling the client to quickly adapt to changing market needs. At the same time, our future-ready design ensures lower operating costs and a sustainable approach to property management.
