The construction is divided into two uniform building units with a simple and calm architectural expression. The warehouses are designed with high flexibility and can be subdivided into rental units as small as 2,000 m², offering multiple layout options. Administration areas are located on mezzanine decks, with six mezzanines of approximately 200 m² already built, and all halls prepared for future mezzanine installation. A clear height of 10.5 meters and the use of tall steel lattice girders ensure large spans, optimal space utilization, and a contemporary, functional design.

The defining architectural feature is the vertical orientation of the facades, where vertical grooves in the concrete elements blur the joints and create a harmonious, refined surface with a distinctive pinstripe effect. On the private arrival side, the division into rental units and entrances is emphasized through vertical window sections with light frames stretching from ground to roof. This visually breaks down the large building volumes into smaller units, making arrival and wayfinding simple and intuitive.

Staircases to the mezzanines continue the vertical design language and are executed as blade-shaped wings in vertically oriented silver steel sandwich panels. The stair towers are elegantly detached from the main warehouse volumes and separated by narrow vertical glass strips, contributing to a light and transparent expression.
